About Us
Our Story
We started as a senior project in 2019 as a way to help the community in a meaningful way, ended up donating over $1000 to Wounded Warriors Foundation with over 100 hours of car detailing and 15+ cars detailed for the project. From there we started on a journey of slowly building up what was then Thein Total Detailing, working part time and nights after my day job working as a body tech/detail tech at several body shops. In June of 2021, finally went full time into the business only doing mobile detailing. Started working out of a Saturn SL and moved into a 2015 Silverado doing mobile work at customers houses. Moved into a small shop location in Elk River for the winter of 2021 into 22. In May of 2022 we moved to our new location In Andover. Now rebranding to 323 Auto Pros starting the new year of 2024 to better show what the business does and instill our values into the business.
Why 323 Auto Pros? we finally decided that the business was about more than building a name for myself (Tate Thein) and more about giving the glory to God, We came up with 323 Auto Pros from inspiration from Colossians 3:23, which says “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
Our name symbolizes the care and attention that we put into even the smallest jobs, we know that if we take pride in all of our work, and do what is right every time. Then we will never have to worry about what might happen down the line. This is also why we offer a satisfaction guarantee on all of our work, because if you aren’t happy, then we aren’t either, and we will do what is necessary to make it right.
